We, at KC-Rentals.com, love animals. However, they do increase wear on flooring, paint, etc. and can leave smells difficult to remove. We also have animal and breed restrictions due to our insurers that allow no flexibility. Please see our restrictions and fees below:

Fees:

• Approved pets require pet rent ($50/mo) and a pet deposit ($300).

Restrictions and Disallowed Pets:

• Maximum of two pets per household.

• No exotic pets such as Pythons, Rattlesnakes, etc.

• No dog breeds below:

  • Akita

  • Chow

  • Doberman Pinscher

  • Presa Canario

  • Pit Bull

  • Rottweiler

  • Staffordshire Bull Terrier

  • Wolf hybrid

  • Any mixture of the above breed of dogs
